Significant vasodilatation and muscle pump

This L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate has a slightly salty / sour taste, which is not disturbing. It causes a clearly visible vasodilatation during my workout, which is noticeable by protruding veins. Thus, this L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate indirectly favors my muscle growth, since the nutrients (creatine, alanine, caffeine, taurine, BCAAs ...) get better to the appropriate muscles. Another positive effect is the insane muscle pump during training. This you notice even directly after the workout, because you almost do not get the arms over the head by the pumped muscle when showering. :-)

Dieses L-Arginin Alpha-Ketoglutarat hat einen leicht salzig / sauren Geschmack, welcher aber nicht störend ist. Es bewirkt bei meinem Training eine deutlich sichtbare Gefäßerweiterung, welche sich durch hervortretende Adern bemerkbar macht. Somit begünstigt dieses L-Arginin Alpha-Ketoglutarat in indirekter Weise mein Muskelwachstum, da die Nährstoffe (Kreatin, Alanin, Koffein, Taurin, BCAA's ...) besser zu den entsprechenden Muskeln gelangen. Ein weiterer positiver Effekt ist der wahnsinnige Muskel-Pump während des Trainings. Diesen merkt man auch direkt nach dem Training noch, da man durch den aufgepumpten Muskel beim Duschen fast nicht die Arme über den Kopf bekommt. :-)
