Brutal and good casein
I am very satisfied with EVOCASEIN 2.0. I was looking for a slow release protein to take before bed and this one has exceeded my expectations. The texture is thick, as befits micellar casein, but it mixes quite well if you use enough water or milk. The taste (in my case, chocolate) is very successful, not at all cloying.
