Perfect for long periods without eating

Although it's best to have it at night—or so they say—I use it whenever I know I'm going to go a while without eating. It's pretty filling, and it tastes good, though it's a little too sweet (I hope they come out with an unsweetened version). But it's a great option for getting some protein.

Aunque es preferible tomarla por la noche, o eso dicen, yo lo uso cuando sé que voy a pasar tiempo sin comer. Sacia bastante, y de sabor está bien, aunque un poco dulce de más (ojalá saquen una versión sin edulcorar). Pero es una opción muy buena para el aporte de proteína.
