HSN Casein is very good value for money, and I have taken it at night alone and mixed it with light Greek yogurt or whipped cream cheese and it is not heavy, besides tasting very good.

It is a spectacle as far as taste is concerned. The aminogram is acceptable and the amount of protein is very good. I ordered two cookie flavor and one cereal flavor. Both flavors are a ten. Simply something very well done.

Digestive protein

For me, the mixture of this protein with digestive enzymes facilitates the absorption of carbohydrates in my metabolism. A nice flavor to mix with liquids to my liking which makes them palatable. It is a good supplement to the other protein, Evowhey that I take frequently to keep my body in good shape.
