Night protein

Protein for before bedtime. It releases amino acids in a sustained way during the night and I notice that it helps me to recover better. It has Digezyme, so it is digested without heaviness. The thicker texture, perfect for making protein shakes or desserts.

It's a little difficult for me

I bought the Catalan cream flavor and it tastes more like vanilla, not that I don't like it, but it's a little hard for me to take it, not only for the flavor, but also for the texture... I guess it's something typical of the protein and so on, although in cupcakes this flavor tastes very good. Maybe next time it would be better to play it safe and go for the most common and take the chocolate one.

Excellent taste

I've only ever taken it in single-dose format, so I can't speak about its effectiveness. I made it in pudding or ice cream form, as recommended, and I really liked its texture and taste.

Quality nighttime protein with good digestibility.

Evocasein 2.0 is my favorite pre-sleep protein. It releases amino acids in a sustained way during the night and I notice that it helps me recover better. It has Digezyme in it, so it digests without heaviness. The taste is very good and the texture is thicker, perfect for making protein shakes or desserts. A 10.
