For me this casein is the best there is. I would even say that it is so good that sometimes I have taken it as a snack, not only at night. I notice how my body recovers.

One of the few caseins that suit me well
White chocolate peanut flavor, it doesn't taste like that but it's tasty. The texture is my favorite and the digestion is perfect, other brands make me feel bad.

The meringue milk flavor is the one I like the most. Sometimes I put cinnamon on top and if you leave it in the fridge for a few hours it is delicious.

Very good product, in samples it is very practical for travel or to test flavors, it feels good, it is dense and satiating enough. The custard flavor is very successful but I like all of them.

I like this product to make me simile low calorie, high protein custard. I have tried only the chocolate flavor and the vanilla flavor, and they are both very good.
