Before going to sleep always falls
I always use it before going to sleep, it helps me to fall asleep when my stomach is full. There are many flavors, but as everyone reads the comments to know which flavor to choose, here are mine. The kinder good, maple syrup are great. Brownie and speculoos also, but not so much. The ones I don't like are the snickerdoole or the ones with peanuts.
La uso siempre para antes de irme a dormir, me ayuda a conciliar el sueño al tener el estómago lleno. Hay muchos sabores, pero como todo el mundo lee los comentarios para saber que sabor elegir aquí pongo los míos.
La de kinder bueno, sirope de arce están buenísimas. Brownie y specullos también, pero no tanto. Las que no me gustan son la de snickerdoole o las que llevan cacahuete.

It all adds up
It is the first time I try it, it is a little peculiar dough, I especially like the strawberry and cream with Greek yogurt, but it is a much denser dough than with the whey.

Sandy texture
The format, as in whey protein, could be improved. I would appreciate it if the bags were easier to distinguish between flavors and not all black. The product (white chocolate) is good, but the texture does not convince me, too thick. I'll stick with the whey protein.

In general they taste good after buying from a few brands, I recommend the white chocolate and cereal flavors which tastes like muesli yogurt. The nougat one is not very good if you have in mind....

Good casein, good digestion and good results in terms of satiety. If you take it at dinner you will feel full, (not heavy), and you will spend the night without hunger, satiated. As they are assimilated more slowly, they are ideal to improve protein synthesis during sleep throughout the night, after a day of intense training, or to help in periods of definition by replacing dinner.
Buena caseína, buena digestión y buenos resultados a nivel de saciedad. Si la tomas en la cena te sentirás lleno, (no pesado), y pasarás la noche sin hambre, saciado. Como se asimilan más lentamente son ideales para mejorar la síntesis proteica durante el sueño a lo largo de toda la noche, tras un día de entrenamiento intenso, o para ayudar en periodos de definición sustituyendo la cena.
