Trying casein for the first time and especially using it as a pre-bed, I have to say that I already feel much more satiated since the hunger at 3 a.m. I used to have it. At the solubility level it is very good but the chosen flavor (banana) I do not notice it as powerful as others, however the flavor in the absence of intensity is very tasty.

Probando por primera vez la caseína y sobretodo usándolas como pre-cama, tengo que decir que ya me siento mucho más saciado ya que la hambruna de las 3a.m solía tenerla. A nivel solubilidad está muy bien pero el sabor escogido (plátano) no lo noto tan potente como otros, sin embargo el sabor a falta de intensidad está muy rico.

I took vanilla ice cream flavor, I usually use those flavors to make custard, but in this case the sweetness stood out more than the flavor itself. Both in the custard and in the milkshake.

I recommend taking it in the evening as it has a slow assimilation. Mixed with the fresh cheese shake it looks great.

It feels great and both the taste and texture are super good. I drink it after mixing it with milk and resting it for 15 minutes in the freezer.
