I love it. Very good flavor, does not taste too much sweetener, when you put a little water it seems like a yogurt. 10 out of 10.

Slow absorption

I buy casein and take it before going to bed because they say it's the best because it's slowly absorbed. What is certain is that I manage to make some gains because I have an accelerated metabolism. I've had a few flavors (creamy milk, cappuccino, chocolate) and they've all been pleasant, I just didn't like the cotton candy that made the shake too frothy.

Compro caseína e tomo antes de ir dormir pois afirmam ser o melhor por ser de absorção lenta. O que é certo é que consigo ter alguns ganhos pois tenho um metabolismo acelerado. Já tomei alguns sabores (leite creme, capuccino, chocolate) e foram todos agradáveis, só não gostei do algodão doce que fez o batido muito espumoso.

I do not know if it is the cookie flavor or the casein itself but there is a little aftertaste that I do not like, I will try another flavor, dissolution and excellent effectiveness.

No sé si es el sabor galleta o bien la caseína en si pero hay un regustillo que no me gusta, probaré otro sabor, disolución y efectividad excelente.

Very creamy

This is my first time taking casein and I was not disappointed. The white chocolate flavor is very good. I expected it to be like whey but no, much thicker, creamier, airy. I don't dislike it.

Es mi primera vez tomando caseína y no me ha decepcionado. Del sabor de chocolate blanco está muy bien. Me esperaba que fuera como whey de toda la vida pero no, mucho más espesa, más cremosa, aireada. No me disgusta.
