Evocasein 2.0 (micellar casein + DigeZyme®) 2kg salted caramel

Good casein for the night

Good casein protein with a nice taste. I use it to make pudding for dinner. It tastes good; I don’t think it’s great for shakes, in case it thickens.

Evocasein 2.0 (micellar casein + DigeZyme®) 500g white chocolate

Delicious

It's one of my favorite flavors, both in shake and creamier, it mixes really well, I usually have it with 300 ml of milk plus 30 g of casein and you get a delicious shake, sometimes I feel tempted to make a second shake.

Evocasein 2.0 (micellar casein + DigeZyme®) 2kg chocolate & hazelnuts

Evocasein 2.0 chocolate and hazelnut

I got Evocasein casein, chocolate and hazelnut flavor, and as a flavor I find it well made and not too sweet (I also got the cappuccino flavor, which I think is even better). They’re soluble like other caseins, good price/product ratio.

Evocasein 2.0 (micellar casein + DigeZyme®) 2kg vanilla

Casein for evenings

Good casein that I always mix into my protein ice cream. It doesn't get as thick as other casein powders.

Evocasein 2.0 (micellar casein + DigeZyme®) 2kg vanilla

Very good

Very good, as always, but a bit hard to dissolve. Vanilla flavor is spot on; I’ll buy it again if the prices are right.

Evocasein 2.0 (micellar casein + DigeZyme®) 2kg white chocolate

I'll buy again.

It works well, a bit finicky about solubility, to some extent it makes the rice cream curdle, but you can mix it in a cup with water and it turns into a cream, it expands and it’s good. I’d try other flavors but this one is mild.
