I bought it because it is one of the few proteins that have no additives or emulsifiers (sunflower or soy lecithin) - the whey isolate version did. It is very rich with whole milk, raw cocoa powder and a few drops of pure stevia. I shake in a shaker and it mixes well (don't stir it before or it gets lumpy) The ziplock on the bag is a bit poopy, use a glass jar.
Lo he comprado xq es de las pocas proteínas que no tienen aditivos ni emulsionantes (lecitina de girasol o soja) - la versión que es de aislado de suero sí tenía.
Está muy rica con leche entera, cacao crudo en polvo y unas cuantas gotas de estevia pura. Agito en una coctelera y se mezcla bien (no lo remuevas antes o se hacen grumos)
El cierre de la bolsa es un poco caca, usa un tarro de cristal.
