You have to know what to mix it with.
Good value for money, the airtight seal of the container sometimes clogs or peels off the plastic, otherwise fine. Milk protein goes better with oat milk (cheaper than regular milk), almond milk, soy, rice, skim milk.... Etc.
Buena calidad precio, el cierre hermético del envase a veces se tapona o se despega del plástico, por el resto bien. La proteína de leche va mejor con leche de avena (más barata que la leche normal), leche de almendra, soja, arroz, desnatada... Etc.

Unbeatable in price, high concentration, slightly complex to dissolve. 90 protein at a low price, with all amino acids. Lower price than its equivalents, although slow absorption. The only downside is that you must mix patiently as it resists dissolving.

Excellent protein content, with such a neutral taste that it can be added to all kinds of smoothies (fruit, peanut butter or even pure, with water). Digestibility is very good. I'm lactose intolerant, but I had no problems using the recommended dose.
