Essential supplement
I love the Raw series, I chose the neutral so I can mix it with fruit, cocoa or anything else to change the taste to my liking. It dissolves very well and does not create problems when it comes to digestion. A must in my supplementation. I usually take it after training to recover.

Essential protein
Personally, I prefer MPI (Milk Protein Isolate) to WPI (Whey Protein Isolate), due to the combination of both proteins (casein and whey), which help in the muscle building process for a longer period of time and help satiety. In addition, it dissolves much better than WPI and, although irrelevant, the amount of salt in this protein is much lower, something I appreciate. Recommended
Personalmente, prefiero el MPI (Milk Protein Isolate) al WPI (Whey Protein Isolate), debido a la combinación de ambas proteinas (caseína y suero), que ayudan en el proceso de creación muscular durante un mayor plazo y ayudan a la saciedad. Además, se disuelve mucho mejor que la WPI y, aunque sea irrelevante, la cantidad de sal que lleva esta proteína es mucho menor, algo que agradezco. Recomendado
