Cheap but less practical than capsules
I needed it, unfortunately in powder form although cheaper is less practical, but it can be added to drinks and taken with a little bit of creativity at various times of the day. Ideal for giving extra flavor to juices and fruit drinks by taking vitamin c.

The properties of this vitamin, but being in powder form, it can be better dosed. I give 3 stars to the presentation because I find these bags uncomfortable and they are too big for the volume they contain, as a general rule. Las propiedades de esta vitamina, pero al ser en polvo se puede dosificar mejor. Doy 3 estrellas a la presentación porque estas bolsas me resultan incómodas y son muy grandes para el volumen que contienen, por regla general. Vitamin C powder is very useful to take in small doses during the day, sometimes together with magnesium and potassium citrate, always before the hydrolyzed collagen. It is recommended from 2 to 6gr per day, much more in case of cold.
La vitamina C en polvo es muy útil para ir tomándola a pequeñas dosis durante el día, a veces junto el citrato de magnesio y potasio, siempre antes del colageno hidrolizado. Se recomiendan de 2 a 6gr al día, muchos más en caso de resfriado.
