Prefer in capsules
With all the goodness of Vitamin C, but the taste is somewhat uncomfortable to take it with water, as it is strong. The same thing happens when I put it in smoothies. I prefer to take vitamins in pills or capsules so I don't notice the taste.
Con todo lo bueno de la Vitamina C, pero el sabor es algo incómodo para tomarlo con agua, ya que es fuerte. Lo mismo sucede al echarlo en batidos. Prefiero tomar vitaminas en pastillas o cápsulas para no notar su sabor.
