The product tastes VERY sour. It makes it difficult to swallow, especially in the morning (which is when I have time for supplements). As for its effectiveness, I've noticed that I don't get the flu since I started taking it, even though I have a lot of sick people around me. Coincidence? Could be, or not haha!
