In the shaker it dissolves well but you will have about a third or more foam, nothing that a spoon can not finish. In a glass with a spoon it does not dissolve well, I recommend about 100ml so that it does not become watery. The taste is pleasant.
No es un producto barato, en cuanto a su efectividad diría que sí es buena por poner un ejemplo si estás así que has cogido frío, te ayudará a no caer resfriado. En el shaker se disuelve bien pero te quedará como un tercio o más hecho espuma, nada que una cuchara no pueda terminar. En vaso con cucharita no disuelve bien aconsejo unos 100ml para que no quede aguado. El sabor es agradable.
