Arginine per pump
I have been using arginine for years, you can make it useful as a preworkout to get a slight muscle pump.

Recovery
A great product to make your workouts more effective, perfect for pre-workout a very good supplement. Very good product, the problem is the type of packaging. It makes the last serves difficult.

Content
It is a product that I have noticed a lot in training, not so much in libido, it has a hard taste to swallow but nothing happens, you endure and enjoy its effects, it is worth it.

L-arginine HCl powder
Its effect is visible and noticeable within a few days
I have been taking it for a few months and I noticed its effect quickly, both visually (arteries appear on the surface) and in performance (aerobic and strength). You notice the increased oxygen capacity in the muscles, by increasing blood flow.
