Best for good pumping
I took it for a month as a pre-workout and it helps a lot, it reduces muscle fatigue and you get good congestion, I chose unflavored and mixed it with powerade.

L-arginine HCl powder
Good price-performance ratio
The arginine in powder form dissolves very well in water and the powder does not clump in the bag. Very helpful for headaches!
