Good value for money

Good value for money. I take them pre or post workout, depending on the session and activity. I take it along with Kyowa Quality L-Glutamine powder. I started taking 4:1:1, and now I'm also using 2:1:1 ratio and it's great. Perhaps what I like least about the product is the smell / taste, but nothing "repunante", well, I take them perfectly, they help me and fulfill their function. I love the brand and the way they work, products, website and information, consultations I have made about products, personalized service and fast shipping.

Buena relación calidad-precio. Los tomo pre o post entreno, dependiendo de la sesión y la actividad. La tomo junto con L-Glutamina Kyowa Quality en polvo. Comence tomando 4:1:1, y ahora estoy uso tambien ratio 2:1:1 y genial. Quizás lo que menos me guste del producto, es el olor/sabor, pero nada “repunante”, bien, los tomo perfectamente, me ayudan y cumplen su función. I recommend them only for vegan diets or very low protein intake (bad aminograms). Under normal conditions with a whey protein or a proper diet it is an incomplete addition that does not make a noticeable improvement.

I buy them unflavored to avoid insulin spikes from the sweetener, it tastes bad, you get used to it, I usually take it with sweetened drink, juices, you can take it alone but you have to get used to it, the taste is not very pa yá, but I recommend it. If you do not inflate the price as other things is fine.

Los compro sin sabor para evitar los picos de insulina del edulcorante, sabe mal, te acostumbras, suelo tomarlo con bebida edulcorada, zumos, se puede tomar solo pero te tienes que acostumbrar, el sabor no es muy pa yá, pero lo recomiendo. Si no le inflan el precio como a otras cosas está bien
