I use it as a recuperator

I use it as a recuperator. After intense workouts I notice an improvement in recovery compared to the days I don't take it.

Well

Great in price and does the job, I prefer to spend a little more on EAAS and choose flavored, since unflavored is hard to drink, you have to mix it.

Great bcaa ratio

Neutral flavor, easy to dissolve and digest, I mix it with protein and creatine in my post-workout shakes to include all the nutrients and amino acids needed for muscle recovery and growth.

Good

The neutral taste is a little unpleasant, but as important as its function is, it more than fulfills it.

Easily dissolved in the shake

I love them because they have no taste, dissolve easily in my post workout shake with the chocolate HSN protein and the price is unbeatable with that quality.

Fulfills to perfection

Recuperator for more demanding training days, I use them both in strength and in a very demanding cardio. They are really a wonderful help to have a better recovery and nutrition, you do not feel hungry, you notice that your body (muscles) are well nourished for proper recovery. The only thing I recommend is to mix it with something that covers the taste a little bit, even if it is neutral.

More important than what is said

The idea has spread that to take BCAAs it is better to buy EEAAs, which have all the essential amino acids. In my opinion, for intra and post workout BCAAs are better because they do not contain tryptophan and will never make you sleepy.

A regular taste but comfortable to drink

The taste is not very pleasant and neither is the way to take it if you take it directly as with creatine. You have to mix it with something preferably, but you can also take it like this. For the format and quantity it is a good product to take the BCAA of your plan.

Good option

It is added to the typical protein shake, the only thing is that it has a slightly strong flavor and you have to be careful with the amounts you take if you are not used to its taste, otherwise, fine.

Recovery after training

I received this product as a gift in an order and am taking it for post-workout recovery. Since it is unflavored, it is a little bit bitter. I notice that I recover better after training.
