Good results

I use it in my post workout shake, as I mix it with flavored protein powder it doesn't leave any weird aftertaste.

Indispensable complement

I take my Bcaas in the post-workout shake along with protein and creatine, and since I take it I notice that I recover properly. I prefer this one with a neutral flavor because I don't like the ones with flavors, and this way it doesn't alter the flavor of the protein I'm taking at that moment.

Bad taste but good product

It fulfills its purpose but with a bitter taste, it tastes bad but it is not undrinkable either.

Basic good

Good value compared to the rest of the market Good for preventing loss of muscle mass when I train without having eaten for some time. Great for mixing with the flavorings sold at HSN.
