L-taurine powder
Essential for the inflammatory control of the body.
Ideal for controlling body inflammation in general, not visible in strength training I at least have noticed strength spikes mixed with other supplements.

L-taurine powder
Result not too appreciable
I am not sure I recognize its effects despite having tried it several times, other than a slight dampening of the caffeine, but for this I consider theanine better.

Testing
This is my first order with HSN, and I have never taken taurine before, it is still early to evaluate but I think it is a very good option.

L-taurine powder
Very good as a pre-workout
When taken together with caffeine, it is noticeable in training, although it is not one of the most essential ones.

L-taurine powder
Stable energy and good support for day-to-day life
It provides extra focus and energy without the jittery high of other stimulants like I get from caffeine. It mixes well and goes great before training or for long days of study or work. A simple but useful extra that is noticeable if you are consistent.

Super satisfied
It's the best Taurine I've found when it comes to quality and price, I get on really well with it and it helps me recover a lot from training.
Foi a melhor opção de Taurina que encontrei entre qualidade e preço, dou-me super bem com ela e ajuda-me imenso a recuperar dos treinos.

Regular product in my supplementation
It is a staple in my training supplementation. I accompany it with other supplements, such as creatine, glycine and NAC. I buy the 1kg container and it helps me to make combinations depending on the objective to be achieved. It has not caused me any discomfort or incompatibility to date. To repeat.
