The best thing about this product is the value for money. I didn't take it consistently and maybe that's why I didn't feel much effect, but for the price, it's always worth a try!

The price is very good and I do notice that my tan lasts longer in the summer. It is also supposed to help with gray hair, but in this I have noticed less effectiveness. I still recommend it.

Important if you are taking zinc or ascorbic acid.
Very good quality Hsn. Important especially if you take Zinc. And it has been shown that when taking vitamin C as ascorbic acid the body consumes more copper, so it is not a bad idea to take it from time to time. Very important in bone and connective health, crucial in injuries with Boron and Silicon (I use all 3 from hsn for injuries). It has also shown effectiveness in delaying the appearance of gray hair.

Y se ha demostrado que al tomar vitamina C como ác ascórbico el organismo consume mas cobre, así que no es mala idea tomarlo de vez en cuando.
