Increased testosterone
It is true that in the first weeks I felt better physically, I don't know if it was because of the product or because it coincided with the drop in temperatures, since heat tends to leave you with a bad body. I also noticed that my testosterone went up due to the increase in libido, but I also noticed that it went down a little over the first few weeks. I guess the best thing to do is to do a week of unloading to notice it again.
Es cierto que en las primeras semanas me note mejor físicamente, no se si por el producto o por que coincidió con la bajada de las temperaturas, ya que la calor suele dejarte mal cuerpo. La testosterona también note que subió por el aumento de la libido pero igualmente note que bajo algo con el paso de las primeras semanas. Supongo que lo suyo es hacer alguna semana de descarga para volver a notarlo.

To be honest, I don't know if epicatechin really has this myostatin inhibiting effect, but just in case, it is usually my fixed supplements. What I do notice is the effect of ashwaganda on sleep. I take it shortly before bedtime and it is rare that I don't fall asleep soon.
La verdad,no sé si realmente la epicatequina tiene ese efecto inhibidor de la miostatina,pero por si acaso, suele ser mis suplementos fijos. Lo que sí noto es el efecto de la ashwaganda en el sueño. Me la tomo poco antes de dormir y raro que no concilie pronto el sueño.
