My salvation for joints after heavy workouts

I started taking Evoflex because I had some discomfort in my knees when doing squats and in my shoulders with the military press. What convinced me was its formula: it has the real clinical doses of Glucosamine and Chondroitin, but the extra point is given by MSM, which is a godsend for inflammation.
