I take it together with Collagen complex and magnesium, to strengthen bones and joints. El Evoflex me lo recomendó un preparador físico que sabe mucho del tema, y lo considera más eficaz, aunque yo sigo con mi combinación de productos. Se nota muchísimo la mejoría y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que empiece a notar dolores en las articulaciones, aunque mejor empezar antes y prevenir.
