The pills are large as in all others of this type that I have purchased. It must be taken for a long period to notice the effect. I used another brand (pt) and compared to this one, I didn't feel any visible effect. The other brand made my hair and nails stronger in a short time, I didn't feel any effect on this one.

Ele deve ser tomado por um longo período para perceber o efeito.
Eu usava de outra marca (pt) e comparado com este, não senti nenhum efeito visível. O de outra marca deixava meu cabelo e unhas mais fortes em pouco tempo, neste não senti efeito nenhum nesta questão.
