Very complete

A very complete supplement that outperforms any competitor at a much more interesting price. If you do endurance sports, prevention is better than cure.

Seems to work

I have problems with osteoarthritis in the fingers of my hands and I notice that it has improved my mobility and pain. The only downside is that I would prefer it to be in capsules, for me they are easier to swallow.
