I took it for a while along with magnesium before going to bed, the next day I noticed much more relaxation in the muscles, as I suffer from back pain. It is one of the most effective things I have ever tried.

I have been taking Evoflex (Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM) for some time now and have noticed improvements in my joints and less stiffness after training. It is easy to take and has helped reduce pain in my knees and back.

It's good for my joints since I'm almost 50 and the truth is that I always do sports and take care of myself, I don't have any pain for the same reason.
