Good substitute for powder if you have problems with lumps.
I bought it to replace the powder, as my blends sometimes became lumpy when I used powdered monohydrate. The capsules are easy to swallow and now all my shakes are no longer lumpy. In terms of results I would say the same, even though quantitatively the dosage is lower. Quite happy.
La compré para sustituir al polvo, puesto que en ocasiones en mis mezclas se hacían grumos cuando utilizaba monohidrato en polvo. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tragar y ahora todos mis batidos han dejado de tener grumos. En cuanto resultados diría que igual, a pesar de que cuantitativamente la dosis es menor. Bastante contento.
