For me personally, creatine monohydrate in the long term gave me digestive problems, with this one it doesn't happen, the presentation is very convenient, two pills a day and ready, much easier to carry.

Before I always took Creatine Creapure and I switched to this one because my trainer told me that it was better for assimilation of components and at the same time it has less fluid retention at the cellular level. I've been taking it for 2 months and I've repeated the same bottle, let's see how it goes. For me the disadvantage compared to creatine powder is having to take 2 doses, I prefer one and that's it, and then the difference in price, this is more expensive.
Antes siempre tomaba Creatina Creapure y me pasé a esta porque mi entrenador me dijo que para tema asimilación de componentes era mejor y a la vez tiene una menor retención de líquido a nivel celular. Llevo 2 meses y he repetido bote, a ver que tal.
Para mí el inconveniente respecto a la creatina en polvo, es tener que tomar 2 dosis, prefiero una y ya, y luego al diferencia de precio, esta es más cara.

Medium size capsules. I've been taking them for a while and it seems to be noticeable. Regarding creatine powder I don't know if there will be a difference.
