Better brain balance
I tried this supplement for its ability to help with more restful sleep but also for better performance during the day. No supplement can make profound changes on its own, but I did feel an effect. I'm intolerant of melatonin and 5-HTP will become one of the nutrients I turn to whenever I need support for good rest and brain function.

Fairly well
It works quite well. I notice that I fall asleep earlier, just like when I was taking melatonin.
Funciona bastante bien.

The best serotonin precursor
As a precursor of serotonin it is proven to be the most effective. In my case it has not helped for anxiety or depression, but neither do traditional drugs since the brain is very complex and each case is unique. However, for specific cases in which serotonin levels are low due to continuous stress, excessive exercise, etc., it can help to give a boost.
