Very good raw

Coconut oil has a bad reputation for its saturated fatty acids but it also has a good amount of MEDIUM CHAIN fatty acids. And they are great as an excellent alternative source of energy to carbohydrates. I take 3 pearls daily.

El aceite de coco tiene mala fama por sus ácidos grasos saturados pero también posee una buena cantidad de ácidos grasos de CADENA MEDIA. Y son magníficos como una fuente excelente alternativa de energía a los carbohidratos. Tomo 3 perlas diarias.
