The presentation and price are very competitive with the same product of other brands, so I recommend it for those who have a deficit of this vitamin, although really what should be done is to improve the diet so that there is no deficit, however in the current population there are many people with folic acid deficiency, so supplementing is an easy way to remedy this problem.
