We have been consuming arginine for years, its properties and functions contribute to a better vasodilation, personally I have noticed that I suffer less from migraine, and that the nutrients of what we consume are used more. There are several formats, I prefer L-arginine with ornithine but as it was not in stock we bought this one, the capsules are somewhat large but with some food they go well.
