De todos los suplementos de hierro que he tomado, éste sin duda es el que mejor se absorbe, y lo noto sobre todo por los niveles de hemoglobina que tengo cada vez que voy a donar sangre. Se nota mucho cuando en una temporada no lo tomo, cómo me disminuyen los niveles, dado que hago bastante ejercicio aeróbico y se requiere mucha cantidad de hierro. Importante cuando se tome, no se haga consumiendo a la vez que el calcio, y tampoco se consuma el hierro tomando, café o té, pues disminuye su absorción.
