I liked Zinc citrate better, but this supplement does the job. I bought it to try it and although I was satisfied I went back to Zinc citrate. Not too much difference, maybe citrate is more upsetting to my stomach but it is so mild that it is indifferent. I recommend both.

Me gustó más el citrato de Zinc, pero este suplemento cumple su función. Lo compré para probar y aunque quedé conforme me volví al citrato de Zinc. Sin demasiada diferencia, quizá citrato me es más molesto al estómago pero es tan leve que es indiferente. Recomiendo ambos.
