Creo que enfocamos demasiado la obtención de músculo a base de proteina y perdemos la capacidad de entender que en ese proceso intervienen otros muchos nutrientes, el zinc , creo que es muy importante y ante la posibilidad de que no lo esté tomando naturalmente, he optado por la opción de suplementar con una cápsula diaria. Me hubiera gustado que el zinc hubiese venido combinado con vitamina c sobre todo para mejorar su absorción.
