Good product, good assimilable formulation. We have it at home for reinforcement of the immune system, mucous membranes...and we use it several times a year. Its dosage is perfect for not interfering with the absorption of other nutrients, although I would like to have 15mg.

I have taken it before and it works after hormone analysis and I had low levels before and after using it for 3 months they improved.

Ya lo he tomado otras veces y funciona tras analítica hormonal ya tenía niveles bajos anteriormente y tras su uso por 3 meses mejoraron.
