It has the effect of giving you that little push you sometimes need to go to the gym and has a thermogenic effect.

Perfect pre-workout
My favorite pre-workout. You can never go without it on days when I'm sluggish or need an extra boost.

I would not buy them again
I've been taking them for a while and haven't noticed much of an effect. To tell you the truth, I am a person who is not normally affected by caffeine and this has been no different.

Effect takes a while
For me the capsules are a bit big, I find it a bit difficult to swallow them. As for the effect, after 2 hours it is very noticeable.

Natural caffeine 200mg
Very effective
Super effective. It gives you a lot of energy and you notice the extra in training. With 30-60 min before training is enough. But the effect lasts for several hours. It doesn't shake you up like coffee itself. I don't drink coffee because it makes me very upset. These pills give you the energy but not the alteration. Be careful with the time, because it can affect your sleep a little bit.

On my quality training days it works perfectly, I also take one for long runs, and if I consider it in the middle of a run I take one and it gives you a very good extra plus.

Natural caffeine 200mg
Inexpensive and effective pre-workout
Honestly, since caffeine exists, I see no need to spend money on other pre-workouts or fat burners that are based on practically the same composition and are much more expensive. One capsule half an hour before training and I'm ready to burn the irons or burn the asphalt running. I also use half a capsule of caffeine to add to the energy gels I prepare at home and it's great.

Natural caffeine 200mg
Perfect for marches or races
I used to consume some gel with caffeine but they do not usually provide the necessary MG in a single intake, and as I am going to make my own gels I needed to provide caffeine in another way, or I take the capsule or the contents of the capsule I pour it to the gel and also controlling the mg that I provide.
