Correct

What I like the most is that even though there are several supplements in one, it is well dosed.

Great

The only thing I don't like is that you have to take a lot of them and they are gigantic.

Immediate effect

I bought them for my mother and grandmother because of their high calcium and magnesium content, which is necessary for calcium absorption, and the extra vitamin D is a plus in their favor. You have it all in one pill and it is very practical. Although it is true that the tablet is a bit big, you can always break it in half and take it little by little. Both of them have noticed a positive effect in just a few doses.
