Due to the high recommended daily dose for me it is almost impossible to reach 1000mg per day. You have to take 6 pills, but it is more comfortable than 2 liters of milk.

The tablets are very large and you have to take many so it is a good contribution but they are difficult to take and more if you take more supplements. Better in another format.
