Large format

It is true that they are big, but you cut them in half and it is not so hard to swallow them. I am waiting to see if I notice anything in my metabolism.

Effective but large

They fulfill their mission, but they are excessively large. I suppose it is due to the concentration, in any case, nothing that can be solved by breaking them in half. Very good product.

Only one found with 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium

Good product, good proportion no taste even if you had to take a moment longer to swallow them (can happen, tablets are very large) what I don't like: 6 a day are excessive would need to raise the dosage to single tablet. would love a version with zinc as well. would love a soluble powder version would solve the daily amount problem.

Good quality, large tablets

I've been buying this product for years, but the pills are very large and hard to swallow, I split them in half because otherwise it's very hard for me.

Goodbye cramps

I have started taking them to eliminate leg cramps caused by long workouts, magnesium helps me a lot and if it is reinforced by calcium and vitamin D to strengthen bones, then all the better.
