It is perfect

It's great for me to strengthen, especially for people who have low calcium and the supplement with vitamins D3 helps.

Perfect

I started taking it on recommendation. Although the pill is large, I divide it in two and it is easier to take. It has helped me to concentrate and rest better.

Good

Good combination providing three essential things for day to day life and supplementation, I have switched from single magnesium to this one and hope it goes as well or better than the previous one.

Too large tablets

Good quality and complete all the components I need but it is a very fat pill and I needed to split it or crush it, plus you have to take many pills a day to cover the daily intake that has hindered me a regularity.

Mandatory product

Due to the high recommended daily dose for me it is almost impossible to reach 1000mg per day. You have to take 6 pills, but it is more comfortable than 2 liters of milk.
