After testing them for 15 days I have to say that I do notice that they give me a lot of energy. I accompany it with 14-18 hour fasts and I have only taken half the dose recommended on the bottle since I do not take caffeine from any other source. One is enough for me. I take them before I go weight training and they work very well with energy levels.

It is early
It is still too early to know if they are effective in helping to burn fat, but I can say that they have not made me nervous or left me sleepless at night. I do notice that I feel warmer since I have been taking them, especially when I take the one at night. For the rest, I think they go well.
Aun es pronto para saber si son efectivas en la ayuda a la quema de grasas, pero si puedo decir que no me han producido nerviosismo ni me han dejado sin dormir por la noche. Eso si, noto que tengo más calor desde que las tomo, sobre todo cuando me tomo la de la noche. Por lo demas, creo que van bien.
