Good format, great explosive effect.
I use this caffeine before training and even for breakfast or to start at work. It has a great explosion and if you get that rush of energy, although personally if you do not balance it well with food etc. at 3-4h you get a big drop, very sleepy all of a sudden and feeling of exaggerated fatigue. Therefore I do not recommend taking it every day or at times when it is not necessary.
Esta cafeína la uso antes del entrenamiento e incluso para desayunar o empezar en el trabajo. Tiene una gran explosión y si te da ese subidón de energía, aunque personalmente si no lo equilibras bien con alimentación etc a las 3-4h entra un bajón grande, mucho sueño de golpe y sensación de cansancio exagerado. Por ello no la recomiendo para tomarla todos los días o en momentos que no sea necesario.
