A push
I take it a little before training and it gives me a boost of energy and mood, perfect for those who do not like coffee, or if they do, but without staining your teeth.

Caffeine 200mg
Effective
Good for down moments or days of hard work at work, for before training are very good, the good thing is that being in pills, if you do not want a dose of 200 mg of caffeine you can split it in half, with the capsules you can not do the same.

Good value for money
They look great, although I would put a grimace in the middle to make it easier if you want to split them in two.

Stimulant recommended
Caffeine tablets in an excellent presentation with an ideal average dose. One of the few 100% effective stimulants. It will give you an extra punch in your workouts, especially if you do them early in the day. In my case, I hate coffee, it is a perfect alternative.

Very good
The best pre-workout, 200 mg of caffeine, enough to give you that push in your daily workouts, half an hour before and you're ready to go to the gym.
