Effective as a pre-workout or even first thing in the morning and start with a punch of energy.

Coffee

It does the same as a cup of coffee and without staining your teeth. If you're one of those people who gets a headache when you don't drink coffee, take one of these pills and your body won't even notice the difference.

It works

I use it for studying, training or when I need to concentrate or if I am very tired. It starts to take effect after half an hour and it works very well, with no unwanted effects. A good caffeine for whatever I need it for.

Complies

I take it when I feel low to be able to train better and it does the job. Unlike if I drink coffee, the pills do not give me tachycardia. I am happy.

Contenta.

Good

For those who don't like drinking coffee, this is the best pre-workout there is. It works really well, especially if you're not used to caffeine.
