Top of the top
If you are looking for a boost of energy before training, this is the product for you. I take it around 16.00h, because if you take it too late you might have trouble sleeping. One capsule and train.

Very good as a plus for training, super cheap and effective. Before training a couple, about 45 minutes before.

Surprising
It is certainly noticeable, I take it before training and the truth is that it is a great boost to follow my exercise routine, the truth is that I did not expect that effect.

Good and economical
Good option for those of us who don't drink coffee. I take it only on training days 1 hour before and the effect is noticeable.

Practical but even more economical in powder form
I buy these tablets to carry in my bag, to take when I'm not at home. But at home and on a daily basis, I prefer the powdered version because it's cheaper.
