Essentials
For me they are essential for those weeks when you have more work and you need to be alert without enough sleep. For training they are the best.

It is well
The product is good but I expected more. It takes effect after about 45 minutes of taking it and lasts about two hours. The effect is fine for a one-time use, but it is not very long lasting.

Effective product with good value for money
These caffeine pills are great and effective. I have been using them for months as a pre-workout and they are perfect when I need a boost of energy to perform an optimal workout. I bought two bottles and as soon as I finish them I will repeat.
